Hi my dear students! How are you going? I hope just fine! Well as I told you in class the first thing you have to do is the reading of your workbook pages 6 and 7.
Then I want you to find out the meaning of the following phrasal verbs:
get on with
get back together
let down put up with
break up with
put up with
stand by run into
look after
run into
fall out
If you already know the meaning of all of them, make meaningful sentences in which you use them, so make 9 sentences in total, or make a small dialogue in which you can include some of them and the rest using sentences, as you want.
I found a very interesting and useful website where you can check more phrasal verbs used to describe relationships, check it and make one more sentence with one of the phrasal verbs shown there but that you haven't used in the previous task, so you can include this sentence in the previous exercise, this will make a total of 10 sentences using phrasal verbs.
Finally, do the grammar activities you have in your workbook page 9 Grammar exercise 1 and 2.
You can scan the activities of the workbook, or send me your answers with word or right in the body of your e-mail, as you want, but you have to send me everything in just one mail, giving clear information of the activities and with your name. You have until this Tuesday at 6:00 pm, so that I have enough time to check your work.
Thank you so much and see you in class next Wednesday.
